Eliminate the need for expensive, costly hardware based overlay/text generators and get crisp, clear text!
ITpipes recommends a software based overlay for most inspection units.

This gives full flexibility for placement, styles, fonts, background colors, text colors and more.

Users can setup or toggle between overlay displays at any time.

*Our Overlay Module also controls many hardware based overlays including Rapidview/Ibak cameras, the WinCan America overlay, the SubCam overlay, and others.

This module uses software encoding to create high-quality video, with standard off the shelf hardware, and gives you flexibility for “continuing an existing video” and embedding data into your video files.

Capture streaming, real time video digitally for instant access! The video capture module uses standard, off-the-shelf hardware for capture and captures in a Microsoft standard video format.  This means your videos are easily created and distributed.  WMV capture is the most compatible video available, has full Windows®  compatibility, and provides simple setup for streaming in network environments!

The video capture module incorporates automation tools that streamline the collection process.  Including simple, but powerful features such as recording warnings, pause message on-screen, resume video at a later date and more, this module streamlines the capture process.

The ITpipes speak feature automates observation description detail and allows the inspector to use “manual mic” audio and digital audio (if your hardware works for this) and eliminates operator effort and excess!

WRC coding is available with sewer.dat and sewer1.dat export options.

CH2MHill’s SCREAM compliance coding is available with header fields and observation inputs.

ITpipes measurement module gives you accurate, detailed reporting! This can be used for measuring the percentage of:

  • debris level
  • water level
  • grease level
  • lateral intrusion
  • offset joint measurement – shows in inches/centimeters

When compared with Florida D.O.T. calculations, accuracy was at 100%!   The ITpipes measurement module is significantly more valuable than most measurement software tools, by establishing start and end points ITpipes calculates the percentage of difference.  The reports show full calculation details, so that any values can be confirmed manually at any time.
